We are committed to delivering your order safely and as quickly as possible. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed after payment confirmation.
• Standard orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
• Personalized orders (including products embroidered with a customer's name) are typically processed within 4-5 business days.
• Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
During periods of high order volume, sales events, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended.
2. SHIPPING TIMELINES
We currently ship across India.
Estimated delivery timelines:
• Metro cities: 2–5 business days
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 3–7 business days
• Remote locations: 5–10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
3. SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
From time to time, Aaaram may offer free shipping promotions on eligible orders.
4. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp containing tracking details, where available.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.
5. PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS
Products customized with names, initials, or other personalization require additional production time.
Because personalized products are made specifically for each customer:
• Order modifications may not be possible once production has begun.
• Personalized products may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange except in cases of manufacturing defects, damage during transit, or errors caused by Aaaram.
Please review all personalization details carefully before placing your order.
6. DELIVERY DELAYS
While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:
• Weather conditions
• Natural disasters
• Public holidays
• Transportation disruptions
• Courier partner delays
• Government restrictions
• Incorrect address information
• Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Aaaram shall not be liable for delays caused by such events.
7. INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details.
If an incorrect address, phone number, or recipient information is provided, delivery delays or additional shipping charges may occur. Aaaram shall not be responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
8. FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
Our courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times.
If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, or incorrect address details, the order may be returned to us.
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch of such orders.
9. DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
If your package arrives damaged, or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us investigate and resolve the issue, please provide:
• Order number
• Photographs of the package and product
• Description of the issue
Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for resolution.
